I wouldn’t call that particular F12 the GTO. The 599 GTO didn’t look “that” hardcore.
But I’m more curious of the engine. The regular F12 already makes 730 HORSEPOWER MY GOSH!!!, and while 800 hp isn’t far off, that’s the same power the LaFerrari’s ICE engine makes. And Jeremy thinks the F12 is already OP on its own.
OK, so maybe I’m underestimating Ferrari—I’m not—but methinks 800 hp is the threshold for that particular engine.

Maybe it's just some sort of one-off? Anyway, it looks like a collection of go faster bits stuck to an F12. Also, why would Ferrari bring a prototype to Cars and Coffee?

I see they are trying to compete with the Corvette C7 and Porsche 911 GT3 RS for number of vents
